ARRGGGHH!!!
i´m gettting fucking mad here!!
i got an e-mail from my boss a couple of days ago (in swedish, but i´ll try to translate to english further down):
"Vi har alldeles för mycket köer, vi tappar alldeles för många samtal och vi måste öka antalet besvarade samtal per person omedelbart.
Det finns tusen anledningar till allting som teknikstrul sjukdom osv men det spelar fan ingen roll vi måste få bättre fart.
Samtalstiderna är ok men tiderna mellan varje samtal är det inte, om det är kö så går det inte att sitta med en request eller liknande saker, lägg eländet på hög och ta nästa samtal, köer på 3,4,5 minuter är inte ok.
Vi måste få upp effektiviteten nu, om annat blir lidande så får vi lösa det efterhand (tar gärna emot förslag), men från nu:
TA NÄSTA SAMTAL!!! Är det kö så skit i allt annat!!!"
in english:
"We have way to long queues, were losing to much calls and we have to rise the number of answered calls on each person.
There are a thousand reasons for anything like technique failure sickness
and so on, but that dosen´t fucking matter we have to raise the speed.
The conversation times are ok but the times between each call is not, if it is queue you can´t sit with a request or similar things, put the damn thing on a pile and take the next call, queues that are on 3,4,5 minutes are not ok.
We have to get the effectivity up now, all else will be suffering so we have to fix that afterwards (i will gladly take suggestions) but from now on:
TAKE THE NEXT CALL!!! Is it queue so fuck anything else!!!"
and then our so called "Supervisor" sen out an e-mail (first swedish then english):
"Ledningen har under de senaste veckorna bevakat våra prestationer och vår verksamhet och kommit fram till att vi har på tok för långa köer och väntetider!
Jämförelsevis med det som har presterats av de "gamla" ligger vi hästlängder efter.
Nu köper de inte ens argumentet om att vi är för få, för då vi startade var vi bara 19 och nu är vi några fler men kötiderna har inte minskat i förhållande till hur många vi är som svarar och hur många det är som ringer.
Våran ledning "knorrar" nu. (Våran chef försöker nu poängtera allt strul med datorer och telefoner som vi har haft de senaste veckorna..."
in english:
"The executives have under the last few weeks watched our performance and came to that we have far to long queues and waiting lines!
Compared to what the "old place" achieved we are miles after.
Now they won´t buy the argument that we are to few, because when we started we was only 19 and now we are a couple more but the queue times haven´t decreased in proportion to how many we are now and how many that are calling.
Our executives are complaining now. (our boss is trying to point out all the trouble had with the computers and the phones the last weeks..."
Then the same person wrote in a another e-mail (and first in swedish and then english):
"Kunder kommer att bli lidande, men det får vi ta i efterhand och försöka på bästa sätt "plåstra över" med ett gott humör eller nåt."
in english:
"Customers will be suffering, but we´ll have to take that at a later time and take "care of it" with good mood or something."
....
This is fucking crazy!!! WE ARE DOING OUR BEST HERE!! And the "old place" that is mentioned in the letter is where they had their call center earlier, and they had been working there for 14 FUCKING YEARS, and we have been working for 6 months!!
To add more to the fire:
They, on the "old place", got a proper education of 6 months BEFORE they started taking calls!
We, on the "new place", didin´t get a proper education at all! All we got was a training on a old booking system that wasn´t updated AT ALL since like 1998 or earlier!! We sat with that system for like 1 ½ month and then we started to take calls.
How the HELL CAN THEY EVEN THINK IN THAT WAY!! What the fuck!! Are they fucking morons!!!!
It´s like comparing night and day!
And taking "care of it" with good mood or something!! What the fuck is up with that?? Our customers won´t settle with good mood or something!!
This is so fucking stupid!! As you all can tell i´m pretty angry here. And with all right as i see it.
As i wrote earlier we NEVER got a proper education and we are compared to people that first of all got a education and then have been working with this for 14 years!!

other things that has been happening?? well not much...
i nowadays rarely find time to play CoD online (i´m too tired after work).
i missed out on the laundry day i had booked like 2 weekends ago so had to book a new one...
i saw the movie "The Jacket" a couple of days ago...strange movie, but not that bad, just a wierd ending...gotta see it again to grasp it.
summertime is creeping closer and closer...feels nice...
but what dosen´t feel that nice is that i haven´t met my friends in a while...miss going out and having fun. gotta call them more often.
